Once this feature has been set up the process is automatic, any posted shifts will be first shared with your facilities healthcare workers then with other facilities healthcare workers. By sharing the shift with healthcare workers who are also employed by your parent company you increase the likelihood of filling your shift(s) faster and with a healthcare worker who is already trained on your companies policies and best practices.
