If you have an internal agency set up on the platform, you can send call out shifts directly to your internal agency. For more information on adding your internal agency to the platform please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Sharing call out shift(s) with your Internal Agency
1. Locate the shift that you wish to send to your internal agency on your Dashboard, Shifts or Schedule page(after the shift has been published). We recommend using the dashboard.
2. You may locate the open shift by filtering your view using Pending Shift Status.
3. Then click the Send to Agencies button to share the shift with your internal agency workers.
4. Select the Choose agencies to send to option and specify when you would like the shift to be shared with your internal agency. Proceed by clicking Next.
5. Click on your internal agency, then click Next.
6. Confirm all details on the Send to Agencies summary page, then click Send.
7. When you review your shift(s) on the Dashboard, an Agency banner will indicate that the shift was successfully shared with available internal agency workers.
8. When the shift is accepted you will receive both an email notification and the change will be reflected on the Dashboard, Shifts, and Schedule pages on the platform.
