The enhanced audit trail provides a visual representation of what is happening with each of your shifts, including a snapshot of activities related to the shift as well as the call out progress.
Enhanced Audit Trail
1. To access the audit trail begin by clicking on the Call Out shift you would like to view the details for (you can do this on several platform pages including: Dashboard, *Schedule, and Shifts).
On the shift card you will see the Call Out progress: this highlights estimated time remaining, progress (number of team members who have been notified) and also provides a link to your shift distribution rules.
2. To view the audit trail for the shift click on either view details or the activity tab at the top of the shift panel.
View Details
a. The audit trail displays the following information:
-
-
-
- The expected call out list (based on shift distribution settings including: tiering, availability, ranking, etc) when the call out shift is published.
- Call out progress
- Est. time remaining
- Call out status (E.g. Notified, Time Off, In Line, Overtime Not Allowed, Not Notified)
-
-
Note: As the audit trail is a snapshot in time, each time you view the audit trail on a call out shift it will look different depending on the progress of the call out.
b. You may export your audit trail as a CSV, by clicking on the Export CSV button.
Activity
a. In the activity tab you will see the details of any activity on each shift, including the date and time of each of the activities.
b. In the details tab you will have the option to click on View to open the audit trail.
Note: A new audit trail will be created for each new Activity on a shift (E.g. team members being released from a shift, expired team member requests, editing shift details and initial shift creation). To view the most recent audit trail click on the first view button on the list.
Shift Distribution Rules
When you click on the Shift Distribution Rules link on a shift you will be directed to the settings page where you will have access to view (or edit, if you are a primary account user) the rules that have been set for each of your shifts.
