This article pertains to customers who either have internal clock-in/clock-out or are sending shifts to the CareNetwork. If you are interested in either of these features please contact your customer success manager (CSM).
At times a team member or CareNetwork worker is not present for a shift they had previously committed to working; this article will walk you through the steps to mark the team member/CareNetwork worker as no show on your timesheet.
Mark a Shift as No Show
1. Begin by navigating to the Timesheets page
2. Select the date range for the shift you wish to mark as no show (note: shifts will only appear on the time sheet 4+ hours following the scheduled shift end time).
3. Locate the shift you wish to mark as no show then proceed by either opening the shift to review the details or simply click on the Approve button (to be presented with all timesheet options).
4. Click on the Mark as no show button/option, you will be presented with Confirm shift as no show proceed by clicking on the Confirm button to mark the shift as no show.
5. You can easily identify any shifts that were marked as no show on your timesheet as they will contain a No Show flag on them.
