Share your shift(s) with Marketplace workers when your team is unavailable or to expand the pool of available healthcare workers who see your shift!

Sharing your shift(s) with the Marketplace
1. Locate the shift that you wish to send to agency workers in your Dashboard or Shifts page (after publishing an open shift).
2. Locate the open shift by filtering your view using the Pending Shift Status. Click the Send to Agencies button to share the shift with agency workers.
3. Proceed by choosing the from the available options: send to agency members now or at a specific time before the shift starts. Then click Next. Click here to request a specific CareNetwork worker to work the open shift. Or click here to choose agencies to send the open shift to.
4. Confirm all details on the Send to Agencies summary page, then click Send.
***If you have created a dedicated pool (of care network workers) and wish to send the shift to them, switch the toggle. Otherwise, click Send to share your shift with all Marketplace workers.***
5. When you review your shift(s) in the Dashboard, an Agency banner will indicate that the shift was successfully shared with available Marketplace workers.
6. You will receive an email notification and the change will be reflected on the Dashboard once the team member or Marketplace worker has successfully accepted the shift.
