If you would like to block a Marketplace worker from being granted access to shifts, follow the steps outlined below:
1. Click on Agency Members in your menu bar.
2. Locate the healthcare professional that you wish to block. You may use the Search bar or the filters.
3. Scroll to the right on your screen to the actions cell then hover your mouse over Options and click Block.
4. Select all the facilities that you wish to block the healthcare professional from (if applicable). Click on Block Team Member to save.
