Dedicated Teams identify trained agency members allowed in your facility. Only agency members within your dedicated team will be able to accept your shifts unless you choose to override this function.
Create a dedicated team:
1. Click Agency Members in your menu bar.
2. Click Dedicated Teams tab in your top menu bar.
3. Click New Dedicated Team.
4. Input your Dedicated Team Name, the facilities the team is for and the position applicable to this dedicated team.
Note: you can only select one position type per dedicated team.
5. Click Save.
Add healthcare professionals to your dedicated team:
1. In your Agency Member tab, locate the healthcare professional(s) that you wish to add to your dedicated team. You can use the search bar or filters to find the worker.
2. Click Options. Then, click Edit Dedicated Team(s).
3. Select the Dedicated Team(s) that you wish to add your healthcare professional to, or remove them from. Click on Save.
Healthcare professionals who are members of a dedicated team at one or more of your facilities can be identified by the purple badge next to their name.
