Custom Fields allows you to collect additional information that is unique to your organization for every shift created in the BookJane J360 Platform.
There are 3 types of custom fields:
Single-Line Text
Single-line text inputs are excellent for free-form information that is not predictable or standardized, and do not require more than a few words.
Paragraph Text
Paragraph text inputs are for free-form information that is not predictable or standardized, and require more than a sentence.
Dropdown (Single Select)
Dropdown(s) allow you to input information that is predictable and does not change frequently. You can create a set list of options to select from, and then choose one of those options to display on the shift. You may also choose to always pre-select the first option in the list.
