Q: What is the dashboard?

Reports and Analytics shows key metrics and filters for tracking shift fulfillment and creation across your locations.

Q: Where can I find Reports and Analytics?

To access Reports and Analytics, navigate to the main menu and select "Reports and Analytics" from the navigation options.

Q: What tabs are available in Reports and Analytics?

When you access Reports and Analytics, you'll see two tabs:

  • Advanced Shift Fulfillment: Track fulfillment metrics and shift completion data
  • Shift Creation Dashboard: View shift creation metrics and trends

Q: What is the Advanced Shift Fulfillment dashboard?

This dashboard displays key fulfillment metrics including the number of shifts fulfilled, open shifts, fulfillment rate, and no-show call-out shifts. It includes charts showing shift status breakdown and fulfillment rate trends over time. Use the filters to view data by location, team member type, and time range.

Q: What is the Shift Creation Dashboard?

This dashboard shows the number of scheduled shifts and call-out shifts created across your locations. It displays daily shift creation trends and analyzes shift distribution by lead time (how far in advance shifts are created). Use the filters to view creation patterns by location, team member type, and time range.

Q: What are the four shift status categories?

Shifts are broken down into four categories in the dashboard:

  • Fulfilled: Shifts that have been accepted and completed
  • Open: Shifts that remain available and unfulfilled
  • Unfulfilled: Shifts that were not filled
  • Cancelled: Shifts that have been cancelled

Filters

Q: How does the "Customer" filter work?

The Customer filter is automatically set based on your account. The system pre-selects it for you when you log in. You don't need to manually choose your organization.

Q: What locations will I have access to in the Location filter?

Your location filter access matches your account's location access permissions. Specifically:

  • If you have read access to a location, it will appear in the filter
  • If you have edit access to a location, it will also appear in the filter

Data Metrics & Calculations

Q: How is the Fulfillment Rate calculated?

The Fulfillment Rate is calculated using the following formula:

   [Accepted Call-Out Shift]

  *Fufillment rate excludes any cancelled shifts

Q: What does "Number of Shifts Fulfilled" represent?

This metric shows how many shifts have already been fulfilled for the selected location(s) during the selected time duration.

Q: What does "Number of Open Shifts" mean?

This metric shows how many shifts at this point in time remain open and not fulfilled by anyone yet for the selected location(s) in the selected time duration. These shifts are currently in a pending state.

Q: What does "No Show Call-Out Shift" mean?

This metric tracks how many shifts were originally accepted call-out shifts, but the team member didn't show up for work (absent).

Data Source: The data comes from shifts marked as "No Show" that were previously accepted shifts.
