Cancellation policy for when Admin cancels a Marketplace workers shift
If you cancel the shift 12+ hours prior to the shift start time, no fines will be incurred.
Any cancellations received 12 hours or less from the shift start time will incur a fine of 3 hours, at the care networks scheduled pay rate.
