I requested a specific CareNetwork worker for a recurring shift, but more than one confirmed. Why?

When you request a specific CareNetwork worker, they will have 4 hours to consider your request. The worker will be accepting the entire sequence of shifts, they (the worker) do however have access to cancel any shifts within that sequence that they are not able to work (from the Schedule tab in the app). In these cases those shift(s) will be available for other CareNetwork workers to accept.
