I'm having problems with my app, what do I do?

If you are having problems with your app:

1. Check to see that you have updated to the latest version of the app. 

    *If you are unsure of what version your BookJane app is, go to the App Store (or Google Play                         Store) and search for the BookJane app. 
                 If it does not require updating you will be prompted to open
                 If your app needs to be updated you will be prompted to download

We currently support Android versions of mobile devices equal to or above 8.0, and IOS 15 for iPhone. We do not support older versions. 

2. If your app is updated but you are still having problems, check that your operating system is up to date.

3. Contact BookJane support if you still have concerns.
