The mobile app conveniently allows you to apply filters to adjust the jobs you see on the available jobs page.
Adjusting Filters:
1. Begin by clicking on the filters button at the top right corner of the jobs page in the app
the filters page will appear
2. You have the option to sort shifts by:

- by selecting upcoming you will see all upcoming available jobs
- date posted will show available jobs by date posted, most recent at the top
- distance will show distance from your home address on your profile, closest to you at the top
- Positions
- The app automatically shows All highlighed, you may adjust by selecting either one or many positions to adjust the available jobs you see on the jobs page.

- you have three options: All, Primary Position (Personal Support Worker) and any secondary positions (Companion 1:1).
- Shift Type
- The app automatically shows All highlighed, you may adjust by selecting one of the options.

- direct requests are shifts that you have specifically been requested to fill, you will have 4 hours to either accept or decline these shifts.

- single shifts are shifts that are posted as stand alone shifts, i.e. not a batch of recurring shifts.

- recurring shifts are shifts that are posted as a batch of shifts taking place on the same day of the week at a specific interval.
- Shift Length

- shift length can be adjusted by shifting purple circle from the right to the left.
- Location

- location can be adjusted by max travel distance in the same way the shift length gets adjusted.

- or you can adjust it by location if you often work for more than one location (at the same employer).
3. Be sure to click on the apply filters button to save your filter selections.
4. To remove applied filters simply click on the highlighted filters button on the available jobs page
then click on reset all at the top right of your phone's screen.
