Team Members can now bid on shifts that overlap with your existing scheduled shifts.
A conflict occurs when any portion of the shift times overlap (e.g., if you're scheduled 7am–3pm, a shift starting at 2:59pm is considered conflicting). Conflicting shifts are clearly indicated when browsing available bids.
You can edit shift bidding rules or ask your CSM for assistance:
Settings > Locations > Shift Distribution.
