**This currently applies to BookJane Marketplace Caregivers who were previously approved to accept jobs through the BookJane App.**
1. If when you log into the BookJane app you are not able to see any Available Jobs, as seen below.

2. Navigate to the more tab in the app, then click Edit Profile.

3. If your profile has the On Hold banner above your name, please upload your Covid-19 vaccination records. For information on how to upload your Covid-19 vaccination records click here.

Once you have uploaded your Covid-19 Vaccination records please contact janes@bookjane.com to have your account re-instated.
