Prevent scheduling conflicts by setting up default scheduling settings for each location that you manage. Scheduling is made easy when the scheduling module automatically reflects all CBA and union rules for each of your positions.
Note: Only the main (primary) administrator can configure the default scheduling settings.
CBA Schedule Settings
1. After entering the Schedule module, click on the Settings button () to access the settings.
2. Click on View Details to review the following:

- Minimum time between shifts
- Daily and weekly overtime thresholds
- Unpaid breaks
3. Click on the Edit button to change these settings.
4. Click on Save to apply your changes.
All shifts input within the scheduling tool from here on will reflect the default scheduling settings.
