How do I view and apply a template that was shared with me?

Shared templates are a convenient way to ensure that regardless of who is posting your schedule the team members and shifts they are meant to work are the same. 

Apply a Template (that was shared with me)

1. To apply a template of draft shifts that was shared with you, navigate to the week(s) that you wish to apply the schedule.

2. Click on Templates

This list will include any templates that have been created by you or shared with you.

3. Locate the template you wish to apply and click Apply to populate the shifts within the template on your schedule.

Note: you are applying a template of draft shifts. Publish your schedule to assign the shifts and make the schedule live.
