J360 allows you to manage your team members by group(s) including filtering your schedule by any group(s) you have created. For more information on how to create a group click here.
You will have the option to both filter your schedule by groups as well as to remove any applied filters.
Filter my Schedule by Group(s)
1. To begin navigate to the Schedule page on the platform
2. Select your Position
3. Click on the Filters option
4. Locate the Groups filter then select the group that you would like to view
Note: you will now only see members of the group you selected for the position you are viewing.
Remove Filters
1. To return to the previous view (or remove filters) you may either click the reset filters option or de-select the group you had filtered for.
