You will be assigned shifts by your facility through the BookJane J360 platform. When shifts are assigned to you, you will receive both a push notification and an email.
1. Open your J360 app and click on My Schedule. Here, you will be able to review both your assigned shifts and any on-call shifts that you accepted. A circle around a date indicates you are booked for at least one shift on that date. Scroll down to review the details of your shift(s).
2. Click on a shift card to review shift details including whether it was an Assigned shift or an Accepted on-call shift.
