Overview: This guide walks new staff through downloading and registering for the BookJane app after receiving an invitation from your manager.
Step 1: Check Your Email/Text Invitation
- Open the invitation email./text sent to you by your manager
- Open this email on your mobile device — the next steps require your phone.
Step 2: Download the BookJane App
- Tap the download button in the email.
- Click “open” or “get the app”.
- You will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Tap Get / Install to download the BookJane app.
Step 3: Create Your Account
- Open the App.
- Confirm your Facility/Location.
- Edit/Confirm your Personal Information.
- First and Last Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Tap Next to proceed.
Step 4: Create a Password
Your password must meet all of the following requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter and 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 symbol (e.g., !, $, #, $)
- Enter your password and tap Next.
Please save your password in your password manager or keep a note of it somewhere so you can log in with no issues.
Step 5: Accept Terms & Conditions
- Check the box for "I agree to the Terms & Conditions".
- Check the box for "I agree to the Privacy Policy".
- Tap Sign Up to complete registration.
Step 6: You're In!
- You are now registered on BookJane and can begin accepting shifts from your manager.
- Click “Allow” for notifications so you can receive all BookJane J360-related notifications.
