You can easily communicate with Marketplace workers who have accepted a shift at your location!
To start a conversation:
1. Click on communications to start a new conversation with an agency worker.
Note: you can only start a conversation with an agency worker you have booked in the last 3 months or someone who has accepted a shift at your location in the future.
2. Click New.
3. Click New Conversation.

- Use the Search Team Member bar to locate the healthcare professional that you wish to speak with. Use the filters to narrow down the search by facility, team member type and/or positions.
4. Click on Select Team Member to proceed to start a new conversation.
5. Type your message and click Send.
The healthcare professional will receive your message and respond shortly!
