If you are required to clock in and clock out of shifts you work you will receive both push notifications and pop-up prompts directly in the app. You will be able to clock in for a shift 30 minutes before the shift start time and up to 4 hours after the shift end time.
1. Clock In
30 minutes prior to your shift start time you will receive a notification to clock in for your shift. When you arrive, press clock in.
Note: you will need to turn on your location settings for the app in order to show accurate clock in location information, you must be within 100 meters of the shift location to show that you are clocking in onsite.
Indicates that your clock in was successful.
2. Clock Out
When your shift is scheduled to end you will receive a notification to remind you to clock out. When your shift is complete clock out in the app to end your shift.
Note: you may clock out of your shift for up to 4 hours after the scheduled shift end time. If you forget to clock out on time you may adjust your clock out time within the 4 hour window.
